ZH-101A type impregnating liquid is a polymer chemical filler, adding metal oxides (such as oxides of silicon, aluminum, titanium, magnesium, copper and iron). It is cured by heating, and finally a 100% heat-curing filler is formed in the micropores, which is characterized by low viscosity, high permeability, low shrinkage rate and sealing qualification rate of more than 98%, chemical resistance, excellent temperature resistance, and resistance to The temperature is -50 ℃---1300 ℃, non-ferrous and ferrous metal castings are prone to defects such as pores, shrinkage holes and porosity during the casting process. If these tiny pores are connected in the direction of wall thickness, the castings will leak when subjected to air pressure or hydraulic pressure, resulting in product scrapping. Through the CS series impregnation equipment and impregnation liquid designed by our factory, the diameter of micropore defects is 0.5mm. For the following pressure-bearing parts, the impregnation pass rate is above 98% to reduce the cost of the manufacturer.
